Location: London (Hybrid, 2-3 days in office)
Salary: £100k-£120k + Equity

We’re working with a fast-growing SaaS startup on a mission to help businesses work smarter and scale faster. Backed by top-tier VCs and operating across multiple markets, we’re building something ambitious and we need a finance function to match. As we scale, we’re looking for a Head of Financial Reporting to take full ownership of our group reporting, controls, and statutory obligations.

This is a high-impact, high-visibility role reporting directly into the CFO, ideal for someone who thrives in dynamic environments and wants to help build a category-defining company from the inside out.

What You’ll Do

• Lead the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting across multiple entities

• Own the audit and statutory reporting processes, ensuring compliance with IFRS and local GAAPs

• Manage multi-entity consolidation, intercompany reconciliations, and technical accounting issues

• Establish and improve internal financial controls and reporting systems

• Support commercial and product teams on revenue recognition and contract reviews

• Drive automation and reporting efficiencies through tools like NetSuite, Pigment, or similar

• Build and mentor a lean, high-performing team as the business scales

• Collaborate across teams to ensure investor and board-ready reporting

What We’re Looking For

• ACA / ACCA qualified with a strong technical background (Big 4 trained preferred)

• 6+ years of experience, including in-house roles at high-growth tech or SaaS businesses

• Solid understanding of IFRS and SaaS-specific accounting challenges (e.g. revenue recognition under IFRS 15)

• Proven experience in audit management, group consolidation, and financial controls

• A hands-on operator who’s equally comfortable with the detail and the big picture

• Confident communicator with strong business acumen and stakeholder management
