Salary: Up to £75,000
We are recruiting for the fantastic role of Head of Food & Beverage with an outstanding, growing company. This role is all about managing the relationship between company and Contract Caterer and so would be ideal for someone in the Contract Catering world looking to step client side. It is a must that you have a B&I background within Contract Catering and ideally experience of managing contracts with a vibrant and energetic feel.
Along with growing the relationship with the Contract Caterer you will have overall responsibility for the performance and growth of the catering offering including cafes and the meeting and event catering. The role will require someone who is data driven and is able to effectively communicate across multiple levels within the organisation.
The role is cantered in London but will have national remit along with some European travel as the brand expands. People and community are ta the centre of this company ethos and will require someone who aligns with the this.
