We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Head of Food Technology to lead our Food Technology department starting this April. As Head of Food Technology, you will inspire a love for food science and practical cooking among students, helping them build skills that will last a lifetime.

Key Responsibilities for the Head of Food Technology include:

• Provide leadership and vision for the Food Technology department.


• Develop and implement a creative, engaging Food Technology curriculum.


• Ensure the highest standards of teaching and learning in Food Technology across all key stages.


• Monitor and assess student progress, providing targeted interventions when needed.


• Lead CPD for Food Technology teachers and manage departmental resources.


• Establish links with local businesses to enrich the Food Technology curriculum.

The Ideal Head of Food Technology will have:

• Proven leadership experience in Food Technology.


• A degree in Food Technology or a related subject.


• Strong communication and leadership skills.
