NonStop Care are working with a good Ofsted Independent Fostering Agency that is seeking a full-time Head of Fostering in the West Midlands. You will work closely with the Assistant Director of Fostering to lead and support the social work team.

You will focus on producing a high performing region, offering operational excellence, financial performance and to effectively deliver the organisational business plan.

Requirements:

• A valid driving licence and access to a car for travel.
• Experience in senior leadership role driving service growth.
• A Social Work Degree
