FP&A Manager

Reed Finance are currently recruiting a talented FP&A Manager to join our finance team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven professional to play a key role in shaping our financial planning and analysis function.

FP&A Manager Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the financial planning and analysis process, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Provide insightful financial analysis to support strategic decision-making.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive financial performance and efficiency.
• Develop and maintain financial models to support business planning and strategy.
• Present financial insights and recommendations to senior management.

FP&A Manager Qualifications:

• ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent qualification.
• Proven experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably in a managerial role.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in financial modelling and forecasting tools.
