Head of FP&A

We're working with a fantastic group of companies who are looking for a Head of FP&A to join their close-knit leadership team of three, reporting directly to the Group CFO.

This isn't your typical finance role. You'll be right at the heart of business decisions, creating the insights and analysis that directly shape strategy and drive performance across the portfolio.

What you'll be doing:

• Leading financial strategy for key business decisions and growth initiatives
• Building financial models to evaluate new opportunities
• Creating real-time dashboards that actually get used by the leadership team
• Working closely with portfolio companies to maximise performance
• Developing financial systems that support expanding operations

What we're looking for:

• ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or CFA qualified with 3+ years post-qualification experience
• Senior finance background with experience managing multiple entities
• Strong financial planning, analysis, and reporting skills
• Great communication - you can explain complex numbers to anyone
• Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
