My client is hiring for a Head of FP&A to sit within a large division of a global listed business.

About the Role

As the Head of FP&A, you’ll lead a high-performing team responsible for delivering financial insights that inform strategy, optimize growth, and drive commercial success. You’ll work closely with the Executive Committee, translating complex financials into clear, actionable storytelling that resonates at the highest levels..

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the FP&A function with a strong focus on revenue modeling, forecasting, and performance analysis.
• Partner with commercial, product, and strategy teams to align financial planning with business objectives.
• Own the preparation and delivery of insightful reporting and storytelling to the Executive Committee and Board.
• Develop scalable forecasting models and scenario planning to support growth initiatives.
• Challenge assumptions, highlight risks and opportunities, and drive accountability across the organization.
• Elevate financial literacy across leadership teams with clarity and confidence.

Experience Required

• Proven experience in a senior FP&A or strategic finance leadership role, ideally in a high-growth or complex business environment.
• Ideally ACA qualified from a 'Big Four' environment
• Exceptional analytical skills with a sharp focus on revenue drivers and unit economics.
• A natural storyteller: You can distill complex data into clear, compelling narratives tailored to senior stakeholders.
• Strong business acumen—you think beyond the spreadsheet.
• Advanced Excel / financial modeling; experience with [Anaplan / Adaptive / Tableau / Looker] is a plus.
• A leadership mindset—you inspire teams and elevate the role of finance as a strategic partner.
