This is a standout opportunity to take the reins of a top-tier team and drive results across two thriving sales branches.

The Role:
Head of Sales - Fulham
Up to £40,000 basic
OTE £100,000+
Monday-Friday + 1 in 4 Saturdays
Car or car allowance included

You'll be responsible for:

• Leading 4 high-performing Sales Negotiators and a capable Assistant Sales Manager

• Overseeing two of the agency's most established offices in Fulham

• Winning instructions, building market share, and pushing performance to new heights

• Setting the sales culture and mentoring a driven, close-knit team
