An established and vibrant independent prep school in Kent is seeking a dynamic and inspiring Head of Games to lead and deliver an outstanding sports programme for pupils aged 3-11.

The successful candidate will have a passion for sport, with a particular specialism in Netball, and the skills to foster teamwork, resilience, and a lifelong love of physical activity in young learners. Experience in EYFS and KS1/KS2 settings is desirable.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, lead, and deliver high-quality PE and Games lessons across the school

• Develop and promote Netball alongside a broad range of sports

• Organise fixtures, tournaments, and co-curricular sporting activities

• Inspire pupils of all abilities to participate confidently and enthusiastically

• Contribute to the school's inclusive and supportive learning environment
