You will oversee curriculum development, focusing on rigorous data analysis, GIS skills, and leading the design and execution of both local and residential fieldwork. You will manage and mentor the team, ensuring consistently high results and promoting the subject's environmental relevance.

Experience and Qualifications

• QTS
  and a degree in Geography (Post-graduate research desirable).


• Proven experience at Second in Department or existing Head of Faculty
  level.


• Demonstrable track record of achieving top grades at A-Level Geography.


• Capacity for inspiring leadership and effective staff line management.
