The Head of Global Payroll will oversee payroll operations across multiple regions, ensuring compliance and accuracy in all payroll processes. This role requires expertise in payroll systems and a strong understanding of international payroll regulations.

Description

• Manage and oversee the global payroll function, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of payments.
• Ensure compliance with regional and international payroll regulations and tax laws.
• Collaborate with finance and HR teams to streamline payroll processes.
• Maintain and optimise payroll systems for efficiency and scalability.
• Prepare and review payroll reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Address and resolve payroll discrepancies and employee queries promptly.
• Implement controls to mitigate risks in payroll processing.
• Provide training and guidance to payroll staff and ensure professional development within the team.

Profile

• Proven experience in managing global payroll operations.
• Strong knowledge of international payroll compliance and tax regulations.
• Proficiency in payroll systems and software.
• Experience in introducing new benefits packages, P11D's, Maternity/Paternity cover
• Experience in the not-for-profit sector is advantageous but not essential.
• Excellent communication skills to liaise with global stakeholders effectively.

Job Offer

• A competitive salary of approximately £75,000 to £83,000 per annum.
• Hybrid working: 2 days in the central London office
• 30 days annual leave
