Responsibilities:

As the Head of Group Commercial Finance, you will…

• Oversee the development and execution of annual budgets and multi-year financial plans.
• Create and maintain detailed financial models and conduct scenario planning to support strategic initiatives.
• Provide reliable financial forecasts and monitor performance indicators to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Contribute to cash flow forecasting, working capital management, and short- to medium-term funding strategies.
• Deliver commercial analysis to support pricing, investment decisions, and strategic partnerships.
• Play a key role in contract reviews and negotiations by offering financial insights and risk assessments.
• Partner with internal teams to balance commercial growth and financial discipline.
• Produce executive-level reports, dashboards, and presentations that clearly communicate performance and strategic implications.
• Utilise data analytics and business intelligence platforms to drive more informed financial decision-making.

Requirements:

As the Head of Group Commercial Finance, you will need…

• Substantial experience in senior commercial finance or FP&A leadership roles.
• Advanced skills in budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning.
• Strong expertise in financial modelling
• Fluency in using modern BI tools and financial reporting systems.
• Exceptional communication and business partnering skills across departments.
• A recognised professional accounting qualification (e.g., CIMA, ACA, ACCA)
