Head of Growth & Commercial Operations

(Fixed-Term Contract with Path to Permanent)

Location: London / Hybrid
Contract: 12-Month Fixed-Term Contract with a clear pathway to a permanent leadership position
Salary: £75,000 – £100,000 basic salary + performance bonus (OTE £100,000 – £125,000+) depending on experience and commercial impact
Reporting to: CEO

Our client is entering a pivotal stage in its growth journey.

The organisation has established itself as a trusted partner helping clients solve complex operational problems through AI, digital transformation, custom software, Microsoft technologies and managed services. They now need an exceptional commercial leader to help transform that proven capability into a scalable, repeatable growth engine.

This is not a traditional marketing role.

We are looking for a commercially minded growth leader who can shape market positioning, improve segmentation, generate high-quality opportunities, strengthen conversion rates and help create sustainable recurring revenue. You will work directly alongside the CEO and leadership team to influence the future direction of the business.

✅ Combining strategic thinking with hands-on execution

✅ Translating complex technology into compelling commercial stories

What Success Looks Like

Within 12 months you will have:

* Defined the organisation’s Ideal Client Profile and market focus

* Improved lead quality and conversion rates

* Established a repeatable commercial rhythm

* Strengthened our sales enablement capability

* Increased visibility across pipeline and forecast reporting

* Helped move the business from founder-led growth towards a scalable commercial operation
