Head of Hospitality - Aston Villa FC
£50,000 per annum

Oversee all aspects of hospitality operations including 21 restaurant and lounges and 51 boxes
Develop and implement innovative strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty
Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of hospitality professionals to deliver excellence consistently
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless coordination and execution of events, conferences, and special occasions
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize operational efficiency and elevate service standards

About you:
Proven experience in a leadership role within the hospitality industry
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities
A passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
