With significant growth opportunities they are now positioned to recruit a Head of HR to help develop a best-in-class function.

The Role

As an experienced and dynamic Head of HR you will lead the people strategy, drive employee engagement, and support an ambitious growth agenda whilst helping to foster a high-performance culture ensuring people thrive in a supportive environment. This key leadership role will oversee all aspects of HR, including recruitment, employee relations, policies and learning & development. Working closely with the Senior Leadership Team to shape the employee experience key responsibilities will include:

* Develop and implement a People Strategy aligned with business needs
* Manage recruitment, performance management, and employee engagement initiatives
* Provide expert advice on HR policies, employment law, and talent development
* Lead HR projects and ensure compliance with regulations

The Candidate

* CIPD qualified or equivalent with a proven track record in HR leadership
* Passionate about employee engagement and driving continuous improvement
* Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels
* Experience managing change and delivering HR solutions in a growing business
