Head of HR | Permanent | €90k-€100k | Hybrid working 3-4 days per week | Amsterdam, Netherlands

Overview:

Altum are supporting a global data centre provider based in Amsterdam to recruit an experienced Head of HR to lead and develop both their HR function, and the broader organisation from an HR perspective. A growing organisation, they currently have a headcount of 120 people across 10 regions (8 across Africa, Dubai, and The Netherlands), and anticipate further growth.

Reporting to the CFO, you will lead a team of 4 (3 x Regional HR Business Partners, 1 x HR Administrator) to build and implement an HR function that meets the needs of the growing organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

A blend of operational delivery and strategic planning, the role will be responsible for:

• The development and implementation of people strategies, including supporting regional HRBP's to execute these
• Lead on a variety of HR projects including: review and revamp of all HR policies, overhaul of current onboarding processes
• Be responsible for the development of a pay framework, ensuring it is fair, consistent, and competitive, before implementing
• Support managers with the development of their teams through L&D initiatives, performance reviews, and building opportunities / frameworks to support career journeys

Experience Required:

To be considered for this role you will need to demonstrate:

• Experience leading HR functions within multi-site/muti-region commercial organisations
• Excellent knowledge of Dutch labour laws
• Ability to provide strategic advice and guidance to SLT's while delivering operational excellence
• French and/or Portuguese language skills desirable (but not essential)
