Job Description - Head of HR

The Opportunity;

Are you a strategic HR leader ready to shape the future of people strategy in a dynamic, fast-paced organisation? We are looking for a Head of HR to lead our client's UK HR Business Partnering and Advisory teams and drive impactful change across the business.

This is a UK wide role covering 5 key office locations and will work as part of an extended, Global HR team.

Fixed term contract 12 months.

Key Responsibilities;

Working closely with the Executive team and wider leadership teams across the UK business, the Head of HR will lead the way on organisational change and People Partnering.

Strategic HR Leadership

Partner with senior stakeholders to shape and deliver HR strategies that support business objectives.
Lead on reward, employee relations, talent management, organisational design, and change management.
Champion a diverse, inclusive, and values-driven culture across the organisation.

Focus Areas

Annual compensation planning and goal setting with senior stakeholders
Bonus reviews and performance alignment
Talent planning and succession strategy
New HRIS implementation and transition to new ways of working
Culture change initiatives, including leadership engagement
Organisational restructuring and targeted OD activity
Potential TUPE activity

People Leadership

Inspire, coach, and develop a high-performing HRBP and Advisory team.
Build capability, consultancy skills, and a culture of empowerment across the HR function.
Collaborate with COEs and business leaders to ensure HR is both a strategic partner and a trusted advisor.

Ideal candidate;

We are seeking a senior HR professional with:

Proven experience managing both large-scale and incremental change
Strong leadership skills with a track record of developing high-performing teams
Professional / Financial Services experience (preferred)
Excellent stakeholder management and the confidence to challenge constructively
Ability to work autonomously and influence across all levels
Experience working in a matrix structure
Flexibility to travel across sites as needed
