You’ll bring senior‑level expertise, commercial insight and confident leadership to support our strategic vision and ensure our People function is future‑focused, resilient and delivering real value.

What you’ll lead

Strategic HR Business Partnering

• Shape a high‑performing Business Partnering function that delivers consistent, impactful HR support.
• Coach, develop and inspire a team to build capability, drive performance and strengthen succession.

Employee Relations & Organisational Change

• Lead complex, high‑risk ER cases with confidence and credibility.
• Drive major organisational change programmes, ensuring alignment with best practice, legislation and our values.

Talent Attraction & Workforce Planning

• Build a strategic, values‑driven approach to attracting the right people with the right skills.
• Strengthen workforce resilience and ensure we’re equipped for long‑term growth and priorities.

Policy, Insight & Influence

• Lead on key policy development and organisational improvement initiatives.
• Use data, forecasting and insight to shape decisions at senior level.
• Build strong internal and external networks, representing HR across key leadership forums.

What you’ll bring

• CIPD Level 7 (or equivalent experience).
• Extensive senior HR leadership experience across Business Partnering, Employee Relations and recruitment.
• A strong track record of managing large‑scale change and complex ER issues.
• Deep understanding of UK employment law.
• Confident communicator, influencer and relationship‑builder.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into strategy.
• Collaborative, visible and motivating leadership style.

Experience in health, social care or regulated environments is a bonus, as is familiarity with Workday.
