As the Head of HR you will champion the people through creating HR strategies and practices that bring the culture alive.

Your focus will also be on ensuring an effective HR operations is in place, alongside designing efficient and future focused talent initiatives across acquisition, retention, development, reward and recognition, succession, performance and employee engagement and communications.

You will play a key role within the executive team and acquisitions, playing your part in the leadership of the business.

To be successful in this role you will be commercially focused with experience of working in a high-growth start-up.

You will have worked on acquisitions and integrations, and be passionate about talent.
