Qualifications & Experience:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.


• Degree in a Humanities subject (History, Geography, RE, or related).


• Extensive experience teaching within the Humanities at secondary level, with demonstrable leadership impact.


• Proven ability to inspire and motivate students and staff.


• Strong understanding of current educational best practices.


• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
