Client Details

My client is an innovative software development business who are searching for a Head of Implementation to join their leadership team.

As Head of Implementation, you will take full ownership of the implementation function, leading and mentoring a team of three consultants to ensure seamless, successful implementation for our clients.

This is a permanent role, with hybrid working based out of Birmingham.

Description

• Own the full implementation lifecycle, from kick-off through go-live and early adoption.
• Lead, coach, and scale a team of Implementation Consultants.
• Develop and continuously improve implementation processes, tools, and playbooks to drive efficiency and consistency.
• Partner with Sales, Product, and Customer Success to ensure a seamless customer journey.
• Act as the senior escalation point for complex implementations or issues.
• Analyse data and feedback to optimise time-to-value and customer outcomes.
• Help define and track KPIs around implementation success, team utilisation, and client satisfaction.

Profile

• Proven experience in implementation, onboarding, or professional services-ideally in a SaaS environment.
• Strong leadership experience with a track record of developing high-performing teams.
• Experience implementing software for clients at a SaaS or software development company.
• Excellent project management and communication skills.
• Passion for process improvement and scalable delivery models.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, growing business where priorities evolve and initiative is key.

Job Offer

• Salary of up to £70,000 DOE
