Head of Influencer - Media Agency - Salary £100k - London (Hybrid)

The Agency

I am working with a global media agency for a hire across their established and sizeable influencer team.

The Role

• Lead the Influencer team, managing resources, setting priorities, and ensuring effective project delivery
• Oversee the profitability of the Influencer practice by streamlining processes and leveraging automation and technology
• Ensure all financial activities align with business targets and profitability benchmarks
• Own the retention and strategic growth of key client accounts within the Influencer space
• Serve as the senior point of contact for Influencer clients, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring high-quality, on-time delivery
• Champion team development by driving engagement, supporting career growth, and fostering retention

About You

• Extensive Influencer marketing expertise with over 10 years of hands-on delivery experience
• Strong commercial mindset with a proven ability to lead high-performing, profitable teams
• Skilled in streamlining Influencer delivery through the use of automation, improved processes, and innovative technology
• Strategic thinker and natural problem-solver, focused on delivering effective client solutions
• Clear, confident, and engaging communicator with a genuine and authentic approach
• Passionate about leadership and dedicated to developing team capabilities and careers
• Proven experience in creating and implementing impactful training programs and accreditation frameworks
