Job DescriptionMy client is a seed round start-up looking for a Head of Insurance to join their founding team.This well-funded start-up has backing from some of the best Insurtech investors in the UK and is looking to offer a new product in the health and benefits insurance space (Life and health experience not essential).The Head of Insurance role will be a core member of the leadership team and will lead, manage and strategise with all things insurance for this MGA business.Amongst this will include:You will manage relationships with capacity partnersEnsure regulatory and market complianceHelp with the creation of the productBuild out an insurance operation - to include claims managementThis is an exciting role for experienced insurance people from a variety of different backgroundHealth and benefits insurance is not requiredStart up experience, especially building an MGA proposition very much preferred
