We are working exclusively with a growing Bank in London to recruit a Head of Internal Audit (SMF5). This is a senior leadership role, reporting directly to the Audit Committee, where you will be responsible for developing and delivering the internal audit strategy, ensuring strong governance and regulatory compliance.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience leading internal audit functions within banking or financial services.

• In-depth knowledge of PRA, FCA and wider regulatory requirements.

• Excellent stakeholder management skills, with experience engaging at Board level.
