Head of International Operations

We are seeking a Head of International Operations to play a pivotal role in coordinating and executing strategic, operational, and system-based transformations across our international financial services group. This role involves close collaboration with the Group Board, Finance Director, and Country Leads to ensure consistent operational delivery, systems integration, and reporting across multiple jurisdictions.

• Deliver cross-jurisdictional initiatives approved by the Group Board.
• Build and maintain a consistent operating model across legal entities.
• Provide strategic and operational reporting across functions and geographies.
• Lead the implementation of core systems (e.g., CRM, compliance platforms).
• Embed change and automation across operations.
• Own strategic project pipelines; coordinate teams and drive milestones.
• Partner with the Finance Director/team to support and manage financial planning, cost centres, budgets, and intercompany services.
• Lead the setup and relocation of the UK operational base into Bristol, coordinating planning, logistics, and team continuity.

• 15+ years in financial services, with strong operational, financial, and compliance or programme leadership experience.
• Expertise in project delivery (Trello, Agile or similar), systems implementation, and operations integration.
• Comfortable working in multi-entity, cross-border environments.
• Confident communicator with experience presenting to Boards and senior stakeholders.
• Desirable: Exposure to regulated international financial environments (e.g., MiFID, FCA, IDD).
