Job Description

Lead mentor and performance manage a team of IT professionals. Provide Strategic leadership to ensure that IT road map is in line with and enhances overall company strategy and goals. Assess current IT estate and review new technologies to identify the viable options that can be adopted by the company. Oversee the maintenance of the organisations current IT infrastructure, including hardware, software security and Network. Business continuity planning Disaster recovery and resilience. Ensure effective integrity and security of IT systems. Further progress the cloud strategy

The Successful Applicant

Degree in IT related discipline. Successful candidate will have at least 5 years in Manufacturing or Industrial production environment. Will have strong leadership and management skills with the ability to organise plan and think strategically.

Ideally some software development background as well as excellent knowledge of Infrastructure and Cloud from a Leadership perspective.
