• Salary: £43,157 FTE per annum

This pivotal role offers the opportunity to lead and manage a team dedicated to providing exceptional support to learners with diverse needs, ensuring they thrive and achieve their full potential.

• Lead and manage a team of professional practitioners across all types of support, including SEND, ALS, Maths, and English.
• Ensure that learners, including those with learning difficulties, disabilities, dyslexia, and sensory impairments, receive high-quality, tailored support.
• Oversee compliance with policies, manage budgets, and support learners to achieve their full potential.
• Represent the College at audits, inspections, and external events, always striving for excellence.

• Degree-level qualification or equivalent professional qualification.
• Qualified SENCO with a high level of safeguarding training.
• Extensive experience in SEND, safeguarding, and learner support in FE and HE settings.
• Proven track record of improving the quality of learner support and achieving 'Good' or higher outcomes in Ofsted inspections.
• Expertise in managing budgets, leading teams, and making data-driven decisions to secure improvements.
