Head of Lettings - Winchester

Job Summary: A leading Estate Agency is seeking an experienced Head of Lettings to oversee the operations of its Richmond branch. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing successful lettings teams, delivering exceptional client service, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership: Inspire and lead the lettings team, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous development.
Performance Management: Set and track branch targets, focusing on profitability and expanding market presence.
Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants, offering expert advice and ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
Compliance: Ensure that all lettings activities adhere to current legislation and company policies.
Marketing & Business Development: Develop property marketing strategies and explore opportunities to increase client engagement and portfolio growth.

Qualifications and Skills:

Experience: Demonstrable experience in a senior lettings position, preferably within a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Leadership: Strong leadership and motivational skills to effectively manage and inspire the team.
Communication: Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and client management abilities.
Market Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of the Richmond property market and current industry trends.
Compliance Expertise: Up-to-date knowledge of lettings regulations and industry best practices.

Compensation:

Salary: Competitive base salary - £35,000
On-Target Earnings (OTE): Up to £65,000, including performance-based bonuses
