Head of Lettings – Prime Central London

£46,000 package | £70,000+ OTE

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Head of Lettings to join a highly reputable independent property business operating within the Prime Central London market.

The role

• Overseeing the day-to-day lettings operation


• Driving new business and increasing market share


• Winning and converting valuations/instructions


• Developing relationships with landlords and clients


• Managing and supporting the lettings team


• Ensuring consistently high levels of service


• Playing a key role in the continued growth of the department

The successful candidate

• PCL experience essential


• Strong experience within residential lettings


• Previous management or team leadership experience


• Proven ability to win new business


• Strong knowledge of the London lettings market


• Commercially minded with a strong track record


• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

Package

£40K basic + £6k car allowance with OTE circa £70,000
