Location: Richmond, London
Salary: £35,000 – £40,000 basic | £75,000 – £85,000 OTE + Car Allowance + Benefits

We are seeking an ambitious and strategic Head of Lettings to lead our thriving Richmond office and oversee operations across our successful lettings network in South West London.
As a market leader, we’re known for our premium service, exceptional results, and deep local market knowledge. This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced lettings professional to step into a senior leadership role within a forward-thinking and well-respected brand.
Key Responsibilities:

Drive the performance and growth of the lettings department across South West London
Lead and inspire a high-performing team of negotiators and property managers
Win new landlord instructions and build long-term client relationships
Set and monitor KPIs, ensuring targets and service levels are consistently exceeded
Ensure full compliance with lettings legislation and best practice
Work closely with directors and marketing to expand brand presence and pipeline

About You:

Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in residential lettings, with recent senior-level responsibility
Strong leadership, negotiation, and business development skills
In-depth knowledge of the Richmond and wider South West London rental market
Highly motivated, target-driven, and commercially minded
ARLA qualification (preferred)
Full UK driving licence required

What We Offer:

£35,000 – £40,000 basic salary
£75,000 – £85,000 on-target earnings
