As part of the Senior Management Team, you will lead on delivering high-quality, efficient, and customer-focused property repairs and maintenance services.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement maintenance strategies, ensuring quality, compliance, and cost-efficiency
• Lead and inspire the repairs and maintenance team, fostering collaboration and accountability
• Focus on delivering resident-focused services, using feedback to drive improvement
• Ensure adherence to UK housing regulations and health and safety standards
• Oversee budgets, ensuring cost-effective use of resources
• Build strong relationships with contractors, staff, and residents to enhance service delivery

Skills and Qualifications Required

Essential:

• Extensive experience in a senior maintenance role, ideally within housing
• Strong knowledge of UK building regulations and health and safety legislation
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage budgets effectively
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel
• Proficiency in data-driven decision-making

Desirable:

• Relevant professional qualifications (e.g., CIOB, RICS)
• Experience in social housing or housing associations
• Familiarity with property management systems and IT tools
