Head of Management Accounts

At Home Group, we’re on a mission to build the best finance function in the sector—and we’re looking for a Head of Management Accounts to lead the way.

You’ll lead a high-performing team of 15–20 finance professionals, including 4 direct reports, to deliver:

• Accurate and insightful monthly management accounts and forecasts
• Robust, well-understood budgets aligned with our Group strategy
• Continuous improvement of financial processes and reporting
• Strong collaboration across Finance and with senior stakeholders

• A professional accounting qualification (CIMA, ACCA, ACA or equivalent)
• Proven experience leading and developing high-performing teams
• Strong analytical and influencing skills to challenge and shape financial forecasts
• Excellent communication skills—able to distil complex data into clear, actionable insights
• A track record of delivering process improvements and enhancing customer experience
• Experience with Oracle Finance, Excel for Apps, and Power BI would be desirable
