Head of Managing & Sustaining Tenancies

to join a Housing Association in south Wales. This is a 6 month FTC with the possibility to go permeant after. This role is offering brilliant benefits and the opportunity to work with one of the biggest Housing Associations in south wales.

Role Title: Head of Managing & Sustaining Tenancies
Salary: £70, 196
Location: South Wales

Head of Managing & Sustaining Tenancies Responsibilities:

Oversee all housing management services, including planning, controlling, and deploying financial, staffing, and physical resources.
Lead and manage the operational team with a strong emphasis on occupancy, customer satisfaction, and property standards.
Leading across the business, to design, develop and implement tenant sustainability strategy that defines the business' approach to reducing negative tenancy turnover.
Overseeing portfolio of 10,000 properties

Head Of Managing and Sustaining Tenancies Requirements:

Educated to degree level in an appropriate discipline or with a relevant professional qualification CIHCM
Significant experience as a senior manager with responsibility for managing staff delivering accommodation services
Knowledge and experience of delivering community safety and anti-social behaviour services
Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
