We're Hiring: Head of Marketing | Manchester | £65k-£85k | PE-Backed Legal Services

Are you a strategic marketing leader ready to shape the future of a high-growth, private equity-backed legal services business?

We're looking for an experienced Head of Marketing to join our client in Manchester. You'll work directly with the Managing Partner and Executive Team, driving the marketing strategy to support ambitious acquisition and growth plans - including 3-4 strategic acquisitions over the next 24 months.

Key Achievements:

• Owning and evolving our brand, website, PR, internal comms, and social media presence
• Creating high-impact marketing strategies to support business units and acquisitions
• Leading marketing campaigns, events, and strategic business development initiatives
• Managing the marketing team, external agencies, and the central marketing budget
• Aligning all marketing efforts with business growth goal

Key Skills and Experience Required:

• 5+ years in a senior marketing role (professional services or PE-backed preferred)
• Proven experience in brand management, digital campaigns, and strategic planning
• Strong skills in copywriting, content development, and stakeholder engagement
• Experience leading and delivering marketing at both a strategic and operational level
• A degree in Marketing or a business discipline with a strong marketing focus
