Head of Marketing – Scale-Up | Holborn, London

Location: Holborn (Hybrid)

Type: Full-time | Salary: £75K-£80K + Bonus + Equity

We’re a fast-growing scale-up in the heart of Holborn, and we’re looking for a Head of Marketing to lead our brand, demand generation, and go-to-market strategy.

We’re scaling fast in Healthtech, backed by top-tier investors and a passionate team. Our product is already making waves, and now we need a marketing leader to take us to the next level.

• Own and evolve the marketing strategy across brand, digital, content, and performance
• Lead and grow a high-performing marketing team
• Drive demand generation and customer acquisition across multiple channels
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Product, and Leadership to align on GTM strategy
• Use data to inform decisions, optimise campaigns, and report on ROI
• Champion the voice of the customer and ensure consistent messaging across all touchpoints

• 8+ years of marketing experience, with at least 3 in a leadership role
• Proven success in a high-growth B2B or B2C scale-up environment
• Deep understanding of digital marketing, brand building, and customer journey mapping
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• A strategic thinker who’s not afraid to roll up their sleeves

• Experience in Healthtech
• Familiarity with CRM and automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo)
• Background in launching products or entering new markets
