Job Title: Head of Digital Marketing (FTC Maternity Cover)

Location: Bath/Bristol

Salary: Up to £55,000 + Benefits

The Role: We are seeking a dynamic Head of Digital Marketing to lead and evolve our digital presence. This role is pivotal in driving performance, innovation, and guiding our digital team to support our brands' engagement and commercial objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement the overarching digital strategy.
• Lead digital campaigns, including product launches and promotions.
• Oversee performance and content planning across all branded websites.
• Direct the growth and optimisation of our social media presence.
• Manage digital reporting and analysis using Google Analytics and Data Studio.
• Supervise the digital media budget and provide performance reviews.
• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance digital customer journeys.

Skills and Experience:

• Extensive experience in digital marketing, paid campaign management, and social media.
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
• Proficient in website CMS platforms and email marketing tools.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Detail-oriented, organised, and able to work under pressure.
