We are seeking an experienced and passionate Head of Marketing to lead and execute our marketing strategy. As Head of Marketing, you will play a vital role in driving brand awareness, generating leads, and positioning us as a leader in the public sector digital transformation. You will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive marketing campaigns, overseeing all marketing activities, and managing the marketing budget. You will work closely with the sales and Club delivery teams to ensure alignment between marketing efforts and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Strategy Development & Execution: Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with our business goals and target audience.
Lead Generation: Generate qualified leads for the sales team through various marketing channels and campaigns.
Brand Building: Enhance brand awareness and reputation through compelling content, thought leadership, and public relations activities.
Market Analysis & Insights: Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape.
Team Leadership & Management: Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing marketing team.
KPIs:
Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs): Track the number and quality of leads generated by marketing activities.
Website Traffic & Engagement: Monitor website traffic, user engagement metrics (bounce rate, time on site), and conversion rates.
Brand Awareness & Sentiment: Measure brand awareness and sentiment through surveys, social media monitoring, and other relevant metrics.
Return on Marketing Investment (ROMI): Track and analyse the return on investment for marketing campaigns and activities.
Content Performance: Measure the effectiveness of content marketing efforts through metrics like website traffic, social media engagement, and lead generation.

Requirements:
Proven Experience: Extensive experience as Head of Marketing or similar role, with a demonstrable track record of success in B2B marketing, ideally within the technology or public sector space.
Strategic Thinking: Strong strategic thinking and planning skills, with the ability to develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans.
Digital Marketing Expertise: Deep understanding and practical experience in digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
Content Marketing & Thought Leadership: Proven ability to create compelling content and thought leadership initiatives that drive engagement and generate leads.
Data Analysis & Reporting: Strong analytical skills and experience with marketing analytics tools, with the ability to track, measure, and report on marketing performance.
Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively 1 with internal and external stakeholders.
Public Sector Knowledge: Understanding of the public sector landscape, including government policies, procurement processes, and digital transformation initiatives.
Budget Management: Experience in managing marketing budgets and optimizing resource allocation.
Team Leadership: Proven ability to build, lead, and motivate high-performing marketing teams.
Passion for Technology: Genuine interest in and enthusiasm for technology and its potential to transform the public sector.
CRM: Practical experience of implementing marketing processes and pipeline within an enterprise CRM system (ideally hubspot)
Bonus Points:
Experience with Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies.
Familiarity with government digital service standards and frameworks.
Strong network of contacts within the public sector technology community.
