We’re looking for an experienced and commercially focused Head of Marketing to lead the Group’s marketing strategy and manage a team of five Marketing Managers across the business.

This is a key senior leadership role, responsible for setting the Group-wide marketing direction, ensuring each business has a clear and effective marketing strategy, and overseeing the operational delivery of marketing activity across the Group.
The Role

You’ll own the Group marketing strategy, working closely with senior leadership and Managing Directors to ensure marketing supports business growth, commercial objectives and long-term strategy.
You’ll lead and develop five Marketing Managers, providing direction, support and accountability while ensuring marketing activity is coordinated, consistent and delivering results.

You’ll be responsible for:
• Owning and delivering the Group marketing strategy across all businesses.
• Leading, managing and developing a team of five Marketing Managers.
• Ensuring each business has clear marketing plans aligned to its commercial objectives.
• Overseeing the day-to-day operational delivery of marketing across the Group.
• Setting KPIs and measuring marketing performance, ROI and commercial impact.
• Working closely with Managing Directors and senior leadership teams to identify growth opportunities.
• Providing strategic direction while ensuring effective execution across individual businesses.
• Overseeing digital marketing, content, websites, SEO, PPC, social media, email and marketing automation.
• Managing marketing budgets, agencies, suppliers and external partners.
• Driving consistency, efficiency, collaboration and best practice across the Group.
• Identifying opportunities for cross-selling and greater collaboration between businesses.
• Championing new technology, AI and automation to improve marketing effectiveness.

About You
We’re looking for a confident marketing leader who can think strategically, lead people and make sure things get done.
You’ll ideally have:
• Proven experience in a senior marketing leadership role, preferably within B2B.
• Experience managing and developing a team of marketing professionals.
• Experience leading marketing across multiple businesses, brands or a Group structure.
• Strong commercial awareness and the ability to demonstrate marketing ROI.
• Excellent organisational and operational management skills.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing and modern marketing channels.
• The confidence to influence and challenge senior stakeholders.
• A data-driven, results-focused approach.
• A passion for developing people, improving processes and embracing AI and emerging marketing technology.
