A professional services company, with a presence throughout the UK, is on the hunt for a Head of Marketing to join their team, working to deliver first-rate marketing strategies that deliver optimised results, ultimately putting the brand front and center.
The right candidate will have clear experience working within a B2B environment and will be confident managing the full marketing mix, from CRM and Email Marketing and Social Media Management to Events and Webinar organisation.
Location: Birmingham (onsite)
Salary: Up to £68,000 per annum
At least four years of experience in a similar role
Ideally from a professional services background
Excellent commercial acumen, as this role reports to the directors of the business
Confident building segmented email campaigns and automation programs across various platforms
Experience managing brand identity, ensuring brand values are consistently demonstrated throughout all campaigns
Experience with WordPress (in order to oversee the website), Adobe (photoshop), and Social Media Scheduling tools such as Sprout Social
Happy to work with external suppliers including digital and PR agencies to drive results for the business
Experience writing long-form content for the website
This role will be very autonomous, so the successful candidate will be happy to work alone, with the help of agencies, to drive the marketing function of the team.
