Develop sales and marketing strategies, creating engaging content for their target audiences and carrying out analysis of the market.Marketing StrategyDevelop an in-depth knowledge of the business strategy, industry, why clients buy (customer pain points) and the role of marketing to enable customers to buyCreate and present a Marketing strategy including market segmentationCreate customer profiles to understand each segmentCarry out competitor analysis to determine features, benefits and shortfallsSelect the most effective content methods to reach our target customerPrepare marketing reports and research for management meetingsContent CreationCreate a content calendar to attract customers including videos, social media, email, PR, paid advertising, podcasts, press releases as requiredCreate messaging and outward-facing content to influence target audiencesWrite creative copy to enhance our clients experience and engagementConduct promotional activities for campaigns – find best route to market for lead generationGather testimonials from current clients to show unique selling points and qualityRun photography projects when required Work on presentations and pitch material to help the sales teamUse the scientific evidence of benefits of the product to provide accessible, informative and evidence-based materials for customersResearchInterview customers and partners for testimonials and case studies Investigate and understand audience pain points to turn them into action-driving contentConduct tests on channel marketing activity and to improve content engagementEvaluate content metrics and amend the strategy based on resultsStakeholders / Team WorkCollaborate with the sales, customer service and technical teams to gather content, information about target customers and help their progressEngage with stakeholders so the value of marketing is understood, developing excellent relationshipsProvide strategic market insight to the Head of Product and CTO to ensure that product development is aligned to emerging or target market needsSkills and Experience6+ years of combined B2C and B2B Marketing experienceExperience of launching or scaling up a B2C Product in the UK is strongly desiredConstruction and retrofit markets experience is requiredSustainability sector experience is strongly desiredCreating and implementing Marketing strategies from scratchExtensive content creation experienceExperience using data to measure impact and determine improvements is desiredPersonality FitSelf-starter, highly driven to make a positive impactPassionate about hands on delivery of Marketing, as well as strategic workCreative thinker for idea generation for numerous channels that customers lovePerson who craves autonomy and loves to make a differenceConfident in their own abilities, proactive to try ideas rather than asking or permissionHumble to take on feedback or rapidly change strategy as requiredHighly creative and passionate about MarketingAbility to run multiple projects in parallel and to deadlinesStrong stakeholder management and relationship building skillsBusiness acumen to focus on projects which will deliver the biggest impactsLocation: London (Brixton)Salary: £80,000 - £100,000, depending on experience.Start: July / August 2024Please note that all job adverts are regularly revised and refreshed.
