Job Description

Little Lion Entertainment is a fast-growing entertainment group, specialising in creating cutting-edge and memorable experience-led attractions. It pioneers game changing forms of theatre and gamification which create unique immersive experiences that bridge a gap between theatre and attractions where the audience is the star of the show.

As Head of Marketing, you are an ambitious and creative individual that will work closely with the Operations Director to devise, set and deliver the strategic plan for the portfolio of attractions. You will be our in-house specialist for all things digital, taking the lead on enhancing digital presence, as well as devising and delivering our sales strategy for the overall LLE estate.

About the Role
Work with the Operations Director to plan, develop and execute the marketing and sales strategy for the Little Lion Entertainment business.
Plan, deliver & execute the Marketing Plan for the different venues across all disciplines, including media, PR, products, online and 3rd Parties, against commercial and financial results and in line with the overall objectives of the business and brand strategy.
Understand target customer profiles and increase the market share of visitation within consumer and corporate markets across both midweek and weekend trading periods.
Identify, secure and execute highly visible sales promotions with third party brand partners and combine ticket packages with partner attraction promotional activity.
Deliver budgeted annual consumer revenue and visitor budgets through successful and measurable marketing performance.
Work with the Operations Director and Finance Director to determine monthly forecasts for consumer visitation, yield and revenue budget across all channels and review on a regular basis in line with attraction performance.
Work alongside the LLE SLT to support in-attraction spends in line with marketing activity and maximise guest satisfaction scores.
Champion the guest perspective and ensure the delivered marketing campaigns are customer led, based upon thorough analysis of business opportunities utilizing insights from market research, industry trends, and the competitive landscape for attractions.
Co-ordinate with the Operations Director and Finance Director to deliver appropriate marketing performance and report as required.
Develop and execute a channel strategy for the attractions in line with business objectives (both commercial and customer satisfaction), overall sales and the marketing strategy in the most cost effective way across all marketing activity in line with core audience insight through innovative events-driven product development, advertising, online, PR, promotional partnerships and 3rd Party strategies.
Maximize channel strategy for the venues and wider business, to deliver most cost efficient route to market in line with overall sales and marketing strategy.
Identify, secure and execute highly visible sales promotions with 3rd party brand partners.
Drive online sales through online media activity and work to maximize efficiency of website from traffic to conversion.
Drive brand awareness to ensure venues are 5* quality in the market.
Attend relevant Network events, build relationships with key partners and maximise awareness of competitor market activity.
Oversee the control of the marketing budget and report monthly to the Operations Director and Finance Director.
Work with the wider LLE business in the planning and launching of new attractions and brands within the group.

Essential Experience
Experience managing commercial social media channels.
Experience in digital marketing campaign delivery, implementation, and analysis
A passion for guest experience and insight.
Experience working autonomously and handling multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Excellent IT skills and proficient in all office programs (PowerPoint, Word, Excel etc.)
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
A collaborative work ethic which supports the Little Lion Entertainment values.
Experience of the full online marketing mix, including SEO, PPC and social media, but especially driving site conversion.
