The opportunity:
A multi-channel purpose-led B Corp with a clear ambition to grow the business over the next 4 years is looking to appoint a Head of Marketing. A leadership opportunity, taking ownership of the overall brand comms plan alongside channel by channel marketing strategies, the Head of Marketing will focus on elevating the brand through innovation and creating dynamic customer experiences.

What will my accountabilities be?
Develop Brand strategy aligned with company goals and objectives, delivering campaigns that drive brand, reputational and commercial growth
Create compelling powerful content and build strong relationship with key media outlets, journalists and influencers
Budget and Agency management

Who will I be working with?
Reporting to the Managing Director, working closely with a NED and managing the marketing team

A great candidate will have:
⭐️Significant Brand building and marcomms experience within a FMCG/Hospitality business
⭐️Able to balance strategic focus and operational delivery, comfortable with ambiguity and rapid change
⭐️ Ideally big business trained but challenger minded, with exceptional storytelling skills and a track record of creating compelling narratives
⭐️Proficient in digital marketing, social media platforms, able to interpret data and insights to drive communication strategies
