Head of Marketing - Newry, Co. Down, or Dublin, Ireland

Company:
A thriving business with over £200M in sales. We seek a visionary Head of Marketing to lead and grow our team with significant marketing investments & support.

Responsibilities:
Develop & implement all marketing strategies to meet business goals.
Manage & develop a marketing team in NI & ROI.
Conduct market research ensuring targeted approach to marketing.
Drive brand awareness, loyalty and market share.
Oversee digital marketing across - Web, Paid Ads, SEO, SEM, social media, email & leverage technology.
Manage marketing budgets & reporting, ensuring quality return on investments.
Utilize CRM for customer communication and master data for marketing.
Manage marketing partnerships, PR, events and team development.

Requirements:
Degree in Marketing and ideally digital qualifications or strong knowledge.
3-5 years of team management experience in a large commercial setting.
Success in traditional and digital marketing.
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to travel between Newry and Dublin to meet business needs.
Proven success in B2B & B2C markets, commercially astute, excellent leader.

Rewards:
£60,000 - £80,000+ salary.
