Head of Marketing - CRO

Job Description

I'm partnered with a fast growing, small Europe-based Clinical CRO, to hire a Head of Marketing. Built around a strong leadership team and positive, tight-knit culture, they're industry leaders in their areas of focus and have found huge success over the last several years, working with some of the Top 10 Pharmaceutical organisations and recently reaching record revenue numbers.

Hybrid, London UK

In this role you can expect to a high level of independence, reporting directly into the CEO. You'll need to have a strong understanding of the Drug Development space, preferably within CRO, collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective marketing campaigns within this industry.

What's important is that you have the following:

8+ years of experience within a Marketing role.
5+ years experience in the Drug Development space.
3+ years within a leadership position.
The ability to commute to the office 2-3 days a week in London.
Bachelor's degree Education.
