My client is a category leading DTC brand in the UK. With expert knowledge of the industry and a culture firmly focused on quality and service, they supply high quality products and services direct to consumers and have a growing customer base within the hospitality and leisure sectors.
As they embark on their next phase of growth, they have an exciting opportunity for a Head of Marketing & Ecommerce to join the team. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, this role is key in developing innovative and commercially driven digital marketing strategies that achieve growth and revenue targets for the business, as well as leading a team and external agencies.
Your role will include, but not be limited to the following:
Devise and develop marketing plans based on customer insight and market segmentation.
Lead the annual and continuous marketing planning process that identify acquisition, retention and cross sell opportunities.
Lead the annual and continuous promotional and seasonal marketing plan.
Present marketing plan activity to senior commercial and finance teams to ensure plans support forecast revenue and growth.
Management and allocation of the marketing budget.
Devise effective tracking and measurement procedures to ensure established campaign effectiveness and reporting on ROI
Lead the content strategy, across multiple platforms.
Lead the acquisition, conversion and growth of online sales.
Provide excellent leadership across the team and wider business.
