MONIN UK currently have an exciting opportunity for a Head of Marketing to join our team based in our cool Hoxton studio. You will lead all marketing initiatives with our National Wholesale accounts including, activation strategy, campaign planning, customer insights and creation of sales support material amongst other areas of responsibility.

As Head of Marketing you will develop, lead, and inspire the UK and Ireland overall business to achieve the organization’s targets and objectives, while ensuring brand positioning is relevant and adapted to local needs. You will influence customer and consumer brand preference (B2B2C) to build and capitalize on market leading positioning to maximize revenue and profitability, ensure effective marketing support of local and group commercial initiatives. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Build the UK annual brand plan in line with overall company brand vision and strategyDevelop channel specific plans and ensure successful delivery & measurement of KPI’sLead and develop the MONIN UK Brand Marketing team Lead marketing budget planning, management and reportingBuild strong and effective relationships with all stakeholders (internal & external)Ensure global brand is adapted to local needs and adhered toConduct local market research and insight Creatively translate strategy and insight into operational plans

The successful candidate will have… 8 years+ marketing experience, ideally from the food & beverage sector with a proven record of successfully defining brand strategy and delivering customer-driven change ·

On-trade or B2B experience with high level of commercialityGood level of understanding of Digital MarketingPeople Management experienceStrong interpersonal & influencing skills with the ability to develop effective working relationships across a wide stakeholder baseMarket and customer focusEnergy, character and visionMust have operated in an environment where there is a significant focus on rapid, tight measurement of outputs and results The role is London based (Hoxton Square) with hybrid working, Occasional travel required both domestic as well as international.
