Job Description - Head of Membership Sales - B2B
Our client is an exciting digital education/ e-learning scale-up working in the medical indsutry. Through their innovative online platform they offer a wide range of webinars, courses, and digital membership packages tailored to the needs of their global community.
Due to their continued success and ambitious plans they are looking for a Head of Membership Sales to lead their sales team and to help drive new business. You will have sold subscriptions/ memberships previously and will have demonstrable experience leading a team as well as holding your own business development target.
You will be responsible for;
Developing and owning the sales strategy:
Create and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve membership sales targets and objectives, focusing on online channels
Membership acquisition:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to increase digital membership sign-ups through various online channels, including social media, email marketing, and digital advertising
Relationship management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective members, providing exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process
Team leadership:
Lead and motivate a small team of sales professionals to effectively execute sales plans and achieve individual and team targets
Performance monitoring:
Generate reports to evaluate the effectiveness of sales strategies and identify areas for improvement in the digital subscription model
Desired experience;
Proven track record of success in a digital subscription or membership sales role
Experience of driving new business and developing partnerships
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team to achieve targets and exceed expectations
Strategic thinker with a data-driven approach to decision-making and problem-solving
Proficiency in digital sales tools, CRM software, and digital analytics platforms
