Salary: MPS/UPS + TLR (depending on experience)

We are working with a forward-thinking secondary school seeking to appoint a Head of MFL with specialisms in French and Spanish. This is a fantastic opportunity to join the senior curriculum team and shape the future of languages across Key Stages 3 to 5.

• Lead and manage the MFL department, including curriculum planning, assessment, and staff development

• Teach French and Spanish across KS3-KS5

• Promote high standards of teaching, learning, and student achievement

• Contribute to whole-school leadership and strategic development

• Be an outstanding classroom practitioner with QTS

• Have a proven track record of success in teaching French and Spanish

• Be able to lead, inspire, and motivate a team
