The Role

As Head of MFL, you will:

• Oversee the strategic development of the MFL department, ensuring engaging and accessible lessons for all learners.


• Teach French, Spanish, or German at KS3, GCSE, and potentially A-Level.


• Implement strategies to improve engagement and attainment, ensuring students achieve their full potential.


• Lead language-focused extracurricular activities, including international trips, cultural events, and language clubs.


• Support a team of enthusiastic teachers, ensuring high-quality instruction across all year groups.
