The Company
A fast growing professional skincare brand, already trading in hundreds of UK clinics and holding exclusivity on its core product range. Backed by an established distributor in the professional beauty and aesthetics industry, the business has real commercial infrastructure already in place.

The Role
Full ownership of the clinic and stockist account base, sales pipeline and day to day commercial operations, working directly with the founder.

* Own and grow a UK wide network of clinic accounts.

* Manage inbound enquiries, run discovery calls, convert leads to accounts.

* Take full ownership of the CRM and pipeline.

* Build long term accounts and drive repeat business.

* Represent the brand at industry events.

* Bring structure to a fast scaling, founder led business.

What We Are Looking For

* Senior B2B sales or account management background in professional skincare, aesthetics or a closely related industry.

* Proven track record managing a book of accounts with genuine autonomy.

* Strong CRM and pipeline discipline.

* Confident running discovery and account calls independently.

* Comfortable operating with limited process and full ownership.

* Right character fit for a small, close knit team.
